Overview[edit]

The Knowledge Window holds a list of the character's known Spells, formulas and techniques. The default hotkey is 'K'.


Spell Tab[edit]

The Spell Tab lists all of a character's known spells, along with their related skill.

  1. Filters - Checking or un-checking these boxes will filter the spells displayed on the right. These filters are additive (turning on one shows only the spells that match that filter; turning on another adds to the list).
  2. Display Area - Spells that meet the current filter settings are displayed here, along with their related skill. Holding Shift allows the user to select multiple adjacent spells at once - holding CTRL allows the user to select multiple individual spells. Right-clicking opens the Popup menu.
  3. Add/Remove Custom Filter - Allows the user to create custom filters, or delete previously created filters. These filters combine with the default filters using an AND operation (If a custom filter and a default filter are selected, the only spells displayed are those that match BOTH filters.)
  4. Clear Filters - This is a shortcut to un-checks all filters.
  5. Search Bar - Typing in a search term and pressing enter key (or the magnifying glass to the right of the bar) will filter the spells to only display those that contain the search term. For example, typing 'Enhance' and pressing the enter key will display all the spells the character knows that contain the word 'Enhance' in the name.
  6. Trash Can - Clicking this button with a spell selected will removes it from the character's spell list. The game will ask for confirmation - click 'Yes' to delete the spell(s).


Formula Tab[edit]

The Formula Tab displays a list of a character's known formulas, along with it's type.

  1. Filters - Checking or un-checking these boxes will filter the formulas displayed on the right. These filters are additive (turning on one shows only the formulas that match that filter; turning on another adds to the list).
  2. Display Area - Formulas that meet the current filter settings are displayed here, along with their related skill. Holding Shift allows the user to select multiple adjacent formulas at once - holding CTRL allows the user to select multiple individual formulas. Right-clicking opens the Popup menu.
  3. Add/Remove Custom Filter - Allows the user to create custom filters, or delete previously created filters.   6. Create - Clicking this will open the selected formula's Product Selection Window.
  7. Show Products - Clicking this will display the products each formula can make, instead of the formulas themselves.
  8. Trash Can - Clicking this button with a formula selected will removes it from the character's formula list. The game will ask for confirmation - click 'Yes' to delete the formula(s).


Technique Tab[edit]

The Technique Tab displays a list of a character's know techniques.

  1. Filters - Checking or un-checking these boxes will filter the techniques displayed on the right. These filters are additive (turning on one shows only the techniques that match that filter; turning on another adds to the list).
  2. Display Area - Techniques that meet the current filter settings are displayed here. Holding Shift allows the user to select multiple adjacent techniques at once - holding CTRL allows the user to select multiple individual techniques. Right-clicking opens the Popup menu.
  3. Add/Remove Custom Filter - Allows the user to create custom filters, or delete previously created filters. These filters combine with the default filters using an AND operation (If a custom filter and a default filter are selected, the only techniques displayed are those that match BOTH filters.)
  4. Clear Filters - This is a shortcut to un-check all filters.
