I think this quest needs to be looked at by the Devs. its not set up very good.

- Hi Dacurly, yes I agree with you. There are just a few quests ('deliver a head and get a reward') of that kind in the game. Ranger: Mani's Bounty is another example. They always function the same way, but for a player running into such a 'head' drop won't find out too easily for what it is used for (except he is seeking up the item in lexica, which cross references to the quest most of the time).
