Master Tareviel and comments

Greetings Quisgod, thank you for giving the feedback on the missing attunement quest. Master Tareviel was already there under his old name 'Tareviel', I've fixed that. The quest has been added aswell.

For the future, if you want to give a feedback, please use the page's 'talk' button at the top of an article (in that case for Master Tareviels article) rather than creating a new article in the wiki.
