Note: Gaileach is found at 8150/46492(map) this time to get the quest.

The presence of Queen Shaloth in Dralnok's Doom has been confirmed, and a strike at the very heart of the Colony was executed. An artifact was discovered within the Colony chambers and Gaileach has sent you back into the darkness to search for others and perhaps a means of striking at the Queen herself.

<player>, the discovery of the Golden Torc confirms my belief that my own people, led by Meira, hid artifacts of great power in the caverns many years ago, before our exile. If my suspicions are correct, then there is a good chance that there are other artifacts still hidden or discarded in the darkness of the Myloc Colony.

The Dryad did not know she did this?

Yes, or perhaps no. The answer is complicated, <player>. Those few who remained outside of the Void were scattered and fought the Withered Aegis as they each saw fit. Meira, being one of the royal family, had access to the treasures my people had collected over the millennia.

Why weren't they taken into the Void with the others?

A good question and, unfortunately, it is not one I can answer at this time. Nevertheless, the fact remains that there are likely Artifacts in these caverns and they must be found.

Re-enter the colony and search for additional artifacts which may further our cause. The first place to search would be treasure chests, probably one that is very ancient, for I hear they are scattered about. <player>, I will be heading back to the surface after this. It has grown too dangerous for me to remain and there are matters I must attend to back in Aughundell.
