Having retrieved a Stone of Revelry with which to fight the Machine, Bacharath sends to the Island of Alged itself to defeat it and save his people.
Quest text[edit]
Bacharath tells you, Good, <player>, now that you have the Stone of Revelry we reach the core of your quest. The Island of Alged lies beyond the waterfall east of Aughundell and through the travel gate. There you will find an island held in the grasp of the blight, haunted by the minions of the Withered Aegis and by the memory of the Satyr.
Bacharath tells you, Follow the path, <player>, and it will lead you to the Temple at the far end of the island. There you must defeat the Machine of Inhibition for my people to be safe. But be wary! For the island is defended most fiercely by the Withered Aegis and they will not go quietly. You may want to gather some companions to assist you on your journey. Istara Protect You. Farewell.

Steps[edit]
- Use the Travel Gate located within the Aughundell Crater to reach the Island of Alged
- Defeat the Machine of Inhibition on the Island of Alged
- You need a weapon equipped with Stone of Revelry to be able to damage the machine.
- Bring a friend or two. The machine has got plenty of hitpoints. You wouldn't want to hit it for the next seven hours!
