The Guild of the Artifact Hunters has been hired by the Empire to find sacrificial daggers of the Withered Aegis. Valturan needs your help to get them.
Quest text[edit]
Rumor says the Withered Aegis captures innocent people in the nearby settlements and brings them to the Western Deadlands to sacrifice then reanimate them with necromancy.
The Empire takes this rumor seriously and has contracted the Guild of the Artifact Hunters to steal their sacrificial daggers. It is known their sacrificers use special daggers for their rituals. The Empire wants them for study, to learn more about their necromancy powers and prevent them from creating new Undead to grow their forces... or at least to limit it.
I need your help, the Empire needs your help. Please go to the Blight Temple on a fortified hill east of the Western Deadlands and take the daggers on the sacrificers corpses.
Glad to see you back. The people of Western Aradoth won't live in fear anymore... at least for a while. The Empire and myself owe you. This isn't much, but you have deserved this reward.

- Find the Blight Temple on a fortified hill east of the Western Deadlands
- 20479/26204(map)
- Loot six (6) Sacrificial Daggers of the Cabal on the Human Zombie Sacrificers
- Return to Valturan Matirion at the Lost Lake with the daggers
