You helped Caepio Bruttien find his lost dagger and in the process he remembered being jumped by a large Dire Wolf that day. He'd like for you to kill that very same Dire Wolf and return with its hide to him.
Quest text[edit]
Caepio tells you, My friend, you have lent me your blade and have proven that you will help those in need. I need your assistance once more! Ever since you recovered my dagger I have been beset by nightmares of the dire wolf that attacked me. Please, <player>, help me exercise the fears that plague me. Return to the fallen stones and kill the wolf! Return to me with its hide so that I may wear it and live free of fear.
You have collected the hide of Caepio's Fear. Return with it to the Bruttien Homestead..
Caepio tells you, This is truly the hide of the Dire Wolf, isn't it? *he holds it up* Yes, this is It. You see this mark here? This is where my brother's arrow hit a year or more ago. *he smiles* He was always a better shot and far more courageous than I. Thank you, <player>. I will treasure this.

- Kill the Dire Wolf known as Caepio's Fear that is found near the Fallen Stones of the Stone Circle
- Tear the Hide from the corpse of Caepio's Fear
- Return with the Hide to Caepio at the Homestead
