Step: Defeat the Avatar of Pain ten (10) times
You did adequately at handling the Avatar of Pain, <player>. However that abomination hasn't learned his lesson just yet, and continues to be a menace. There have been reports of tradesfolk being killed. I would rather the Imperial Council come down here and question me than deal with complaints from various trade guilds. Do you know how hard it is to speak to someone who barely knows how to wield a dagger, nevermind plan a war?! If you would please take care of it, I will have another title for you.
