The Swamp Ruxus are located around the Tower of Spirit in the Spiritous Swamp. The trophy hunter in Aughundell will reward anyone who brings him trophies from them.

Bag 5 Swamp Ruxus Skulls and return to the Trophy Hunter in Aughundell. The Swamp Ruxus are located around the Tower of Spirit in the Spiritous Swamp.
Swamp Ruxus squirm near the Tower of Spirit. These ugly creatures aren't peaceful and could swallow a Dwarf in a gulp. Spine-chilling thought, but their skull are actually valuable for trophy hunters. Bring me some and I'll pay you for them.
Excellent work, <Sir, Miss, Master>! These trophies will do fine! I was worried that you might not come back in one piece. Haha, I guess you do make a great <Adventurer School> after all.
