You have defeated the Scorched Legion's assault and protected the town from certain destruction... for now.

You saved the town, <player>, and I am sure that my commander, Jaleo Devins, will want to hear this news. Word will spread of your deeds and you'll be known as the Hero of Kion, I am sure.
<player>, we meet at last. Word of your deeds against the Scorched Legion and that elemental of fire precedes you, of course. I have had my doubts, but you have proven over and over that you are the right <race> for the job.

Now, I cannot say I am surprised, but moments before you arrived I received word that Lady Kendra has requested an audience with you.
