Krianos has welcomed you to Kion and is sending you on a little tour of the town to familiarize you with the residents and locales.

Speak with Krianos
Welcome to Kion, <player>, homeland of the Saris here beneath the benevolent and watchful eye of Merrasat. You will find everything you need here, though you may find it a bit more relaxed than New Trismus!
I recommend you take a brief tour of the town, get your bearings, learn where the buildings and important people are, familiarize yourself with Kion. What do you say? Yes? Excellent. The shrine here in Kion is just up the hill. I would recommend you bind yourself to it before doing anything else.

All bound to the shrine? Excellent. Marcus is our local Pawnbroker and Quartermaster. You can find him in the shop left of the gate. Introduce yourself to him.

Interest you in a Sugared Date, <player>? No? Some Gnomian Widgets perhaps? The finest Blood Wine from distant Feladan? Very well. This is my shop, I am the premiere merchant in Kion, catering to all tastes and interests. If you need it, I may have it or I can get it. That's my motto!

You met Marcus then? Very good. An amicable sort, he is, but quite obsessed with money! Now then, next you should definitely meet Battlemaster Gerix. As one of the few dragons in town you'll most certainly want to make his acquaintance. You can find him standing on top of the bank building to my left in the main compound.

Gerix is a proud and strong ally to have in times like these. Tread lightly around him! Now, up the hill behind me there is a large house. Do you see it? Go up there and speak with Lady Kendra, the leader of our fine town.

Lady Kendra is a well respected member of the Imperial Council and leads our people wisely. Now, the final member of the community I wish you to meet is Commander Devins, the leader of the local militia. You can find the Militia Barracks to the south beyond the main compound.
