Wulfgar tells you, Welcome to Spirit Isle, my friend! I am Wulfgar the Blacksmith. Even though I'm retired, I wouldn't let my expertise go to waste. I have full intentions to teach you the way of the Blacksmith. Let's get started right away! First things first, you need some tools. Take these; they're old and rusty, but they'll get the job done - for now!

(You have received formulas and tools! For formulas, find them in your inventory (I) and right click them. Select 'Scribe' to add them to your formula book (F).

For tools, right click them and select 'Equip' to use them or click the '/' button in the creation window to equip them automatically. Alternatively, drag them into their slots in the equipment window. (Ctrl+E))

Wulfgar tells you, Do you see that mine right over there? I want you to head right on in, find yourself a nice Copper and Tin Vein, and start hacking away at it. Make sure to keep an eye on how much room you have left in your bags; you won't be able to get anywhere very quickly if you overestimate your own strength! Gather about seventy lumps of ore; that should be enough to make your first weapon.

(Approach a vein and right click it and choose 'Gather'. Alternatively, click the 'Gather' button in your action window.)

Wulfgar tells you, Well done, you got the needed amount of ore. Now - to make something out of this raw material! Earlier I shoulda gave ya a bunch of formulas. One of them is for Beginner Metal Bars. Use that and the Smelting Tongs you have now to make me ten Bronze Bars. Bring them to me after so I can check if they are sturdy enough! If you need the trainin' stuff again, just ask.

(Open your formula book (F) and double-click the formula name to open the product selection. Choose Bronze Bar to open the creation window. From there, adjust the creation amount to what you require with the slider on the left.)

Wulfgar tells you, Excellent work, <player>. You show potential as an aspiring Blacksmith! Now go over to the anvil and turn these here bars into a masterpiece! Create me one Bronze Short Sword.

Wulfgar tells you, Lookin' great! The hilt is a little wobbly, but you can fix that with a little extra work. Maybe use a strip of hide to secure it in place better? Your next task is goin' to require going on a little journey! Make sure you're ready.
