Skaahr can be found near Tower of Magery in the Frozen Wastes.
Known Cohorts[edit]
Skaahr is cohorted by seven other wolves: Sapphire Ravagers and Sapphire Shredders. His pack roams through areas being guarded by Glacial Alphas and Glacial Hunters.
Combat Tactics[edit]
Soloable when well equipped. Use Patch of Bramble to root the pack, then lay down Skaahr with all you've got. After that finish off the rest of the howlers.
