Bramdin tells you, Good, there you are <player>. I've finished reviewing the report you brought from Private Malna in the Sable Shores. Its well-written and it is clear she is concerned about the Forest Skulk issue, but I am not yet convinced it is as great a menace or threat as she claims. But, I am not one to simply dismiss the concerns of my soldiers out of hand, even from ones so young as Elissa.

Bramdin tells you, So, here's what I would ask of you. Return to Private Malna and ask her to find me proof that the Militia needs to deal with the Forest Skulks more directly. Without proof I will not waste resources on a venture that could turn out to be a total waste of time and manpower. Understand?
