Now that you know how to work flax, Demineth wants you to learn to work with metals.

Speak to Demineth.

Now that you've made a soft flaxen belt, let's try something a little harder - a belt made of metal. Let's get started right away. I want you to carry your tools over to the mine. It's hard to miss - there's a sign and a path leading to it, right across the river from here.

Once you get there, start mining at a copper and tin vein until you have enough to make eleven bronze bars. At your skill, that should be around fifty-five ore - just the right amount to make one Bronze Ringmail Belt. Our resident half-giant, Wulfgar, should be over by the mine. If you have any questions, you may ask him for clarification. He knows more than I do about metal and ore.

You're making a belt for Demineth, huh? Satyrs... what a funny race. Masons by heart, but some are so caught up in their elegant ways that they forget the nitty gritty of bars and ore. I'm a blacksmith, so I can help you a bit in terms of what to do when it involves metal. Just gather the needed ore, walk up the smelter, and craft the bars. Then you can use the anvil to craft that belt.
