You've been sent into the underground caverns known as Dralnok's Doom. If you have not done so already, you'll want to speak to the dwarves in Aughundell and Delgarath to hear the story of why these caves are called such, and they can attune you to the portal in Delgarath which transports you into the caves.
Quest text[edit]
Travel to the caves known as Dralnok's Doom beneath Delgarath. There you will defeat 20 Stygian Scorpions as your final challenge from Frall.
I know many trainers won't send their students into the most dangerous areas of Istaria. Lucky for you I'm not one such trainer. Students like you thrive on challenge, and no where is more of a challenge than the caves known as Dralnok's Doom. Within these caves is the only known location for a particular breed of scorpion, Stygian Scorpions. Their sting can be deadly, but it will give you good practice in using your healing powers! Go there and defeat twenty Stygian Scorpions and I will train you one last time.
Game Feedback: Dark, damp, slimey, and most of all CLOSE! Caves were not made for dragons, that's for certain. Thankfully it's time to leave this place and return to Frall for training.
Return to Frall in Chiconis to be trained one final time in Primal Instant Heal.
