Your persistence in following the teachings of the Helian faction pleases Vladtmordt the Chronicler. He agrees to award you a last Scale of the Prime if you can pass his trials.

I trust that the Replica Scale of the Prime was an asset in your adventures since the last time we spoke. To achieve the next status emblem would you be up to gathering some information for me? Alas I haven't made a Simulated Scale of the Prime in many years and I forget exactly which method I must use to forge it. Go see Lisandia in Chiconis and inquire about the scale you pursue. I'm sure she'll know what it takes.
Speak to Vladtmordt the Chronicler
Helian's work was renowned. The scales once produced were considered to be the most primal rich scales ever to exist in this realm. Several chroniclers of Helian's work can be found diligently trying to emulate her methods.
Vladtmordt has sent you-- well then you've made a fine choice in taking advantage of the ways of the Helian. Before I will entrust you with the knowledge needed to produce this fine scale would you partake a great display of intellect and magical prowess? This is to ensure that only the most qualified may bear the scale. If you're afraid to fail, give up on the Helians now.
Talk to Lisandia in Chiconis
Make for Sslanis and talk with Sshranu tell him I sent you and be prepared for a small task that lay ahead. Don't be shy either-- In times like these there is no shame in working with the bi-peds.
Visit with Sshranu in Sslanis
Yet another hatchling, Lisandia has sent that one to Sshranu for a test of that one's magical prowess. Even though Lisandia won't admit the great intellect of the Ssliks, that one cannot deny the mysticisms these ones can capture in their arts! This one has been crafting these Shimmering Vials for sometime now and they contain the most mysterious substances. If that one is able to turn one from liquid to light with only this one's own power then Sshranu will be impressed. Try not to find that one's way back to Lisandia if that one fails-- Lisandia's not as forgiving as this one. Return the light to Lisandia as proof of that one's feat.
Use your magical powers on the Shimmering Vial to get the light
Game Feedback: Your remember your teaching about the Helian wisdom. You calm your mind and focus on the vial. You can feel the Primal energy flowing through your body to the vial. The liquid inside starts to bubble then the vial breaks to pieces. Among the bits, you notice a few little orbs emitting a soft light.
Return the Light to Lisandia
Keen Dragon! Since you were able to activate the potion I'm convinced you've attained a suitable amount of knowledge. I shall grant you the key to unlocking the next scale in your path. You must know not to abuse the power you earn. In this day bitter rivalries between the Lunus must be set aside to face the common foe-- the Hordes and Lieutenants of The Withered Aegis. Surely you can grasp that concept? Fine then have Vladtmordt use a Gold Golem Fragment to fuel the Scale Forge with intense primal essence to properly imbue the scale.
Seems simple enough. Head out and collect me a Gold Golem Fragment as my reserves have been depleted for some time.
Return to Vladtmordt the Chronicler and tell him how to fuel the flame
Find a nice Obsidian Power Chest Scale too. It'll make an excellent base for alterations.
Bring to Vladtmordt the Chronicler the required resources to create a Simulated Scale of the Prime

- Return the Light to Lisandia
- Return to Vladtmordt the Chronicler and tell him how to fuel the flame
- Bring to Vladtmordt the Chronicler the required resources to create a Simulated Scale of the Prime
- Acquire a Gold Golem Fragment. You will need to either loot it from a Gold Golem or trade it from another player/consigner.
- Acquire an Obsidian Power Chest Scale. You will need to either craft it by yourself or trade it from another player/consigner.
- Wait for Vladtmordt the Chronicler to imbue the scale
- Collect the Simulated Scale of the Prime
