Sshranu tells you, A special brew for Sindenis the Elf. Ssssss. Yes. Give Sshranu the list of ingredients so Sshranu can see what the Elf will have Sshranu create.

- Speak with Sshranu in the 2nd Largest Building in Sslanis about the Brew
- Speak with Sshranu (make sure you have Sindenis' List of Ingredients)
- Gather 5 Yew Treant Sapling Limbs.
- Gather 15 Droplets of Forest Oastic Nectar
- Gather 5 Ravenous Bloodsnout Snouts
- Return to Sshranu with the necessary ingredients.
- Assist Sshranu with the preparations for the brew
- Inform Sindenis that Sshranu is working on the Brew
