Diminished Surtheim is a named Golem that can be found on the Island of Fire. A stronger version is found in the Fiery Maw called Surtheim. Diminished Surtheim has fragments of itself called Surtheim Fragment that follow Diminished Surtheim.

Combat Tactics

His Ability Combust is immediately deadly if you can't heal up the damage that is done. Has a very high damage output. Use of Primal Vengeance (if possible) recommended and flame resistance gear. Purification spells casted on the player directly after the combustion spell is fired before all else can save you from the DoT.

Surtheim got high resists and wards with the Update 2013.3, use Ice Attack or Primal Attack to hit him, all other damage types will not harm him.
