Sergeant Khar is a named Aegis Skeleton Cleric. To get to him, port to Kion and exit the city south. As soon as you are at the wall and the guard post, you have reached his patrol route's northern end. He is guarded by several Risen Raider.

Deriving abilities from the Cleric creature type, Sergeant Khar possesses the ability to heal himself. Stun and Damage-over-Time (DoT) attacks help.
