You were sent on a challenge by Wintheria to help Sergeant Temerac at the Imperial Outpost. It has become far more challenging than previous tasks you were given.

Speak with Sergeant Temerac
Draconic markers of the type you described were often used more than a century ago to indicate the location of a community or homestead. In this instance, given its location, I suspect it is an old homestead called Asur'ay.
- I've never heard of it.
There's no reason you would have, it was destroyed long ago when the Academy of Draak fell. I think one or more of the instructors who taught at the Academy lived there. <player>, if anything of value remains then it is our duty to try and recover them. Return to the marker, locate Asur'ay and recover what you can.
Return to the Draconic marker you found in the Staging Grounds. Hint: Follow the road south from Harro, the marker was on the eastern (left) fork of the road.
