Miry wants to teach her trainees that blight magic isn't necessarily evil and it doesn't make you a bad person if you use it. She has requested some Dispel spells to show them that it can be just as useful as other magic.

Speak to Erelald if you need a Beginner Dispel Formula.
Miry wants to prove to her trainees that Blight magic is not necessarily evil. Although, clerics don't tend to use blight magic, they can if necessary. She wants them all to have a Dispel spell, which cancels beneficial effects on an enemy, making them easier to defeat.
What's the matter? Ah, you don't have the appropriate formula. Well, here you are.
Create 5 Dispel I for Miry.
