Shau grieves for the wife he loves and was forced to kill. With your assistance he has provided Taur-el's spirit with Items of Strength and Endurance as well as Gifts of Appeasement to the god, Varrantoth.
Quest text[edit]
Shau tells you, We have reached the end, <player>. With your help we have provided Taur-el's spirit in the afterlife a headstone so that she may be remembered and come face-to-face with Varrantoth the Implacable.
- She will not be forgotten.
Shau tells you, Indeed. Never. That was not all, however, because we have also given her items to strengthen her during the battles to come as well as items to allow her to endure her battles in the afterlife for eternity.
- Don't forget the gifts.
Shau tells you, How could I? You did well acquiring the gifts that we have offered to my god, Varrantoth, in the hope that he will look favorably upon Taur-el as she comes before him. For Taur-el, <player>, this is the end of her corporeal journey, but for myself and for you the journey yet continues.
- We will fight on.
Shau tells you, Spoken like a Welger, my friend. I have one last task to undertake, but you need do nothing for this because your efforts have already stretched well beyond what I should have asked and that you should have provided. No, this task is for myself and it is to give you something that is precious to me that your efforts on Taur-el's behalf may never be forgotten.
