Fallen Plague-Dragons are Withered Scale that are of The Devouring Plague faction of the Aegis and the minions of General Reklar Plaguebearer. When you killed, they will drop the Ethereal Shards that are needed to cast the spell Primal Boon to be able to damage Reklar.
Location[edit]
They can be found in and around Reklar's Fortress in the Eastern Deadlands, south of Barrier Vale.
