Revaan tells you, The life of a Scholar is one that is dedicated to the pursuit of knowledge, as well as the preservation of Istaria's immense magical lore. We Scholars are mostly known for making spells -- the building blocks of all the arcane arts. We also study the harvesting and processing of fabrics, allowing us to make simple clothing and containers. We also are the only basic crafting school with the knowledge of transmutation, allowing us to increase the value and worth of even the most trivial resource.
